A: Our hours are
Moscow: Mon-Sat 8am-8pm, Sun 10am-6pm
Moses Lake: Mon-Sat 9am-7pm, Sun 10am-6pm
Coeur d’Alene: Daily 9am-7pm
Lewiston: Mon-Sat 9am-7pm, Sun 10am-6pm

A: With The Receipt With your receipt we can immediately refund the price of an item, trade for like item or we can provide you with an In-Store Credit! We try to make returns as “Hassle Free” as possible for the convenience of our customers.

A: Without The Receipt Without receipt money cannot be refunded. We can, however, trade for like item or provide you with an In-Store Credit. Back to top

A: Yes, we do have Tri-State Gift Cards. They are valid at any of our Six Store Locations. Back to top

A:No. Unfortunately, at this time; we aren’t able accept Ace Rewards Cards. Back to top

A: We accept Cash, Single-Party Checks, Travelers Checks, Tri-State Gift Cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discovery Card and American Express. Back to top

A: Yes. However; we can only accept Cash, Checks and Credit Cards for their purchase. Back to top

A: Yes! We are happy to provide Charge Accounts to Local Businesses. Just contact us. Back to top

A: Yes, we offer Layaways. 20% Down will hold your Layaway for 90 Days. Back to top

A: We will happily place a special order with any vendor/brand that we carry. We want to make sure you have exactly what you need and special orders are one way we can make that happen. In most cases we will even pay for the shipping. Stop on in and talk to any salesperson to get the process started. Back to top

A: We are not currently set up for people to Apply Online. However; we do have an Online Application Form here. Just print it, fill it out and bring it to our Business Office. Back to top

A: We have stores in Moscow, Idaho; Moses Lake, Washington; Coeur d’Alene, Idaho; Lewiston, Idaho and our sister store Sportsman & Ski Haus in Kalispell, Montana and Whitefish, Montana. Back to top

A: At this time we don’t provide a Wedding Registry online. Our Moscow location, however, does provide an in-store Wedding Registry that’s available to local-area residents only. Back to top
